I saw this years before doing my build and I really fancied doing something similar in my build, the back part would have gone into the wardrobe wall, the clothes would have just draped around it, but I couldn't figure out a way of building one, still like the space saving idea though, in the end we decided one sink in a van was more than enough.

I fitted a 12v heated wash unit from a council van, flip the sink up and waste goes down a tube to outside tank, it does both hot and cold.

Im not going into space, na its not that wide/deep compared to say a caravan or camper folding unit, cost me £25.
